Delete your ArrowX account
In the app (fastest)
- Open ArrowX.
- Go to Settings > Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted from our server immediately, and Sign in with Apple is revoked.
Without the app
Email info@dsonix.com with the subject "Delete my ArrowX account". Send it from the email address of the Apple or Google account you signed in with, so we can find your account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account and its Apple or Google sign-in link.
- Your synced game progress: levels and stars, album pictures, achievements, Daily Puzzle results and streak, Endless progress and hint balance.
- Your email address, if Apple or Google shared it with us.
What is kept
- Nothing on our server. Our backups are kept for up to 14 days, so deleted data disappears from them within 14 days.
- Progress saved on your own device stays there until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
- Ad data held by Google is covered by Google's own policy; you can reset your advertising identifier in your device settings.
